Memorial Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Baltimore, Maryland, that formerly stood on 33rd Street. It opened in 1950 as Municipal Stadium, but was reconstructed and an upper deck was added. In the middle of 1954 it would become known as Memorial Stadium.
Memorial Stadium hosted six World Series, numerous memorable Baltimore Colts games from 1953 to 1983 as well as other significant sports events.
